Toolkit purchase terms.

The Seven Problems Toolkit costs £19.99 GBP as a one-off purchase. It contains 45 files: 10 PDFs with 108 pages and 35 editable Excel workbooks, supplied in one ZIP download. Consultancy is not included.

Delivery and compatibility

Your download is available after successful payment. A private link is also sent to your PayPal email address. Links last seven days; save the files for continued use. If you need a fresh link, email us with your payment reference. You need a ZIP extraction tool, a PDF reader and software that opens and edits .xlsx workbooks. Spreadsheet behaviour can vary between applications.

Use of the toolkit

The toolkit is practical guidance for independent use within your business. You may adapt the working templates for your own internal use. You may not resell or publicly distribute the files. Examples are illustrative; check assumptions and calculations before using them for decisions. The toolkit does not replace advice tailored to your circumstances.

Immediate digital supply

At checkout you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right is lost once supply begins. Your rights where digital content is faulty or not as described are unaffected. Contact go@innovates.me if there is a problem so we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.

Payment and support

PayPal processes your payment. We do not receive your full card details. If a payment appears incomplete, check its status or contact us before paying again. Please include your payment reference with any request for help.
