I am Neil Atkinson, founder of Innovate SME. Over the past twenty-five years I have worked in commercial leadership at senior level, built and run a multi-platform e-commerce operation from scratch, and spent the last several years working across a portfolio of SMEs — digitising paper-based businesses, implementing software systems, restructuring workflows, bringing financial management in-house and helping owner-managers understand what their numbers are actually telling them.
